So the protagonist of the book has figured out the problem in his organization... I'm debating 2 different ways for the story to unfold.
1.) The CEO meets with each one of his 5 site managers and works as a servant leader OR
2.) He hires an old college buddy who he went to school with. She worked for a large consulting firm and now has her own practice. The consultant will work with the 5 site managers
Or any other ideas will be considered....

We add to the value of an organization by engaging associates to improve the culture, process and bottom line.
I think idea #2 would work out better in the long run. But #1 is more in keeping with the story so far. Tough choice.
